A la vez, las sociedades no pagan impuestos por ingresos corporativos al contrario de las empresas cotizadas en la bolsa. Esto significa que cada socio pagar\u00e1 impuestos por s\u00ed mismo y sus ingresos, y, por si fuera poco, las tasas por ingresos suelen tener deducciones, tal como devaluaciones. La ley no le facilita al IRS rastrear y cobrar dichos impuestos evadidos por estas organizaciones. Incluso en sociedades que tienen m\u00e1s de un centenar de socios, el IRS debe calcular los impuestos debidos por cada uno de ellos, individualmente, no de la sociedad en su conjunto.
