Sin embargo, hoy lo analizaremos inversamente, explicando porqu\u00e9 inversionistas, compa\u00f1\u00edas y personas adineradas de diversas partes del mundo prefieren tener cuentas en USA. No es un secreto que hace muchos a\u00f1os, Suiza era el lugar preferido de las personas adineradas para mantener el dinero debido a los altos niveles de privacidad ofrecidos. Desafortunadamente, muchos se aprovecharon de esta oportunidad para la evasi\u00f3n fiscal en sus respectivos pa\u00edses en las instituciones responsables, generando sanciones para numerosas bancas Suizas y adicionando reglas m\u00e1s estrictas para las cuentas de Banco Offshore en este pa\u00eds europeo.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Estados Unidos fue uno de los pa\u00edses a condenar dicho acontecimiento (la falta de declaraci\u00f3n de impuestos del dinero enviado a cuentas extranjeras a las autoridades correspondientes en el pa\u00eds de origen) promulgando FATCA, pero ir\u00f3nicamente, se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en para\u00edso fiscal para inversionistas extranjeros, debido al hecho que proporciona un alto nivel de privacidad, incluso mayor que otros pa\u00edses generalmente conocidos por ser destinaciones para cuentas Offshore, incluyendo las Islas Caim\u00e1n, Las Bahamas y las Islas V\u00edrgenes de USA. <\/span><\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; color: #000000;\"><strong>\u200eC\u00f3mo USA se volvi\u00f3 atractivo para cuentas Offshore<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Despu\u00e9s que muchos bancos fueron acusados a la luz p\u00fablica por ayudar a individuos a en la evasi\u00f3n fiscal, muchos destinos de cuentas Offshore se volvieron m\u00e1s estrictos, creando nuevas reglas, procedimientos y monitoreos de sus clientes. Al mismo tiempo, Los Estados Unidos no est\u00e1 listado en los Est\u00e1ndares de CRS, lo cual significa que en algunos estados como Nevada, es posible crear una compa\u00f1\u00eda an\u00f3nima como escudo.
